One of the classic Soho galleries for the GB team of one for this particular exhibition. Nicole Eisenman @ Jack Tilton in 1996 shows one of the best paintsmiths of the time having a bang-up show and living the art life to the hilt. Or Tilt. She'd somehow hit a rough patch . So, she's living in the gallery for the month of her show. I had to race over for this - because I knew Nicole and knew that this was a woman of amazing talent and philosophically gyroscopic. The stuff of real artists, she is, and a pirate sister.
