When Dr. Lisa and Paul are videotaping an episode of a new GB Weapisode, they are accosted in the middle of their examination of artist Jane Fine's work in Williamsburg's PEROGI GALLERY, the foremost art venue in Brooklyn. Ms. Cocktail is completely and utterly mad.The beauty and horror of the spectacle is the kind of thing we truly value as do fans of the Old Beat, where we would occasionally be attacked by angry artists like Julian Schnabel or some neglected wannabee artist or outraged dealer, say, the early Andrea Rosen. Not an uncommon experience. Yet, this is even more twisted since Ms. Cocktail, as she calls herself, obviously is a maniac strumpet attempting to bypass all rules of protocol and gallery decorum. The result is more than we could wish for, total artistic abandon in the well-formed Suzi (I give her that) who in fact does what many artists would love to do, wreck the place that they'll never show in.
