Here's an excellent round-up of the "Top 20 Most Powerless People in the Art World"... they get pretty tough. Vanity Fair recently bumped Gagosian off their list of post powerful people, while these guys got the unemployed bunny that hangs out in front of Gogo's gallery. Here's to going low!

I am feeling a little anxious because I was left off your list.
Compared to me, the bunny is a power broker. A quick review of my qualifications for the top 20, should amply demonstrate your error of omission.
I am 74.
I live and paint (in my cellar) in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.
I only know one person in New York, and she is really a friend of my daughter’s.
I am not represented by a name gallery – or any gallery for that matter.
I believe my art will make me rich and famous.

Hey Horner,
In addition to your own submission for the Top 20, I wish I could add some people myself. The qualifications you listed certainly make the cut in my book, too bad we didn’t write the list!
Join the masses, Grier, join in powerlessness and eat cheese in a basement and apply for 30 internships.
Keep on keepin’ on. Less power to the people!

Horner,
While your qualifications do, at first, seem to qualify you for the least powerful people in the art world list, unfortunately you live in Pittfield Massachusetts. Massachusetts has been swallowed up by a black hole in the wake of New York and therefor it does not exist in the art world. If you would like to be reconsidered for next years list, move to New York.
